Im Echelmeyerpark (auf dem Mügelsberg) im Nauwieser Viertel in Saarbrücken treffen sich Jung und Alt und trainieren gemeinsam Kampfsport und Selbstverteidigung. Einfache Techniken aus dem Kampfsport machen Sie fit für Notsituationen. Und Sie arbeiten an Fitness, Koordination und Kondition.
Mitmachen ist jederzeit möglich, keine Voraussetzungen nötig.
Altersempfehlung: ab 12 Jahren
Kleidung: lockere Sportkleidung
Hinweis: Bei Meldungen zu Regen oder Schnee ist der Treffpunkt im kleinen Park unter der Überdachung gegenüber der Preußenstraße 44, 66111 Saarbrücken.
